What if I am traveling and need to pause my subscription?

No problem! Just contact us over email or WhatsApp and we can pause the subscription for you. We will reinstate the subscription once you are back, giving you the full 12 month VIP𝑒𝒶 experience.

Will I get to enjoy VIP𝑒𝒶 discounts on items that are already on sale?

Yes, Absolutely! You get to enjoy VIP𝑒𝒶 discounts on top of items that are already on sale or on reduced-to-clear pricing. Furthermore, our products are always at standard RSP (no mark-up like your typical specialty grocers 😉 ), so the VIP𝑒𝒶 discount converts to very real savings for you.

When will I be billed for my membership?

Membership is $180/year and you are billed when you sign up (which works out to only $15 per month). You can also opt for monthly instalment for a lighter payment option at $16.90 per month. 

What is the VIPea cancellation policy?

Prepaid annual pass holders who haven't used their benefits are eligible for up to a full refund of the current membership period.

Moreover, If you are permanently moving out of country and will not be utilizing the VIPea pass anymore, let us know and we can arrange a partial refund of 50% of the balance subscription 👍 (for instalments, you will be required to pay 50% of the balance subscription period as a cancellation fee).

Can you share memberships?

Yes, your membership is tied to your home address, and you can share it with anyone in your household.

Can you use the VIPea pass to shop in our physical store?

You sure can! Just provide a photo ID and phone number to our retail staff to confirm your membership, and we will apply the members-only discount in-store. In addition, VIPeas get 30% off all deli items when they dine-in or take-away.

Can I use the VIPea discount to purchase gift vouchers?

No, unfortunately, we cannot allow that as there are strange people in the world who would try to abuse the discounts 😥 But you can and should use the VIPea pass to purchase gifts for your friends and family!
